The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 26,          
1993, calendar (page 1534), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 82(FIN)                                                 
"An Act relating to school construction grants and major                      
maintenance grants to school districts; providing for school district          
participation in the cost of school construction and major                     
maintenance; creating a major maintenance grant fund; creating an              
education facilities maintenance and construction fund; and                    
providing for an effective date."
